Same Day Gift Notification! If you're worried that your gift may not arrive in time, take advantage of our unique email Gift Notification Service! When you place an order, simply enter the email address of your gift recipient in the "Gift Email" box. Within 24 hours (usually on the same day), we'll send an email notification letting the lucky person know that you've arranged a very special gift for them. We'll tell them that your gift is on it's way, they'll realize it's chocolate, but we won't tell them exactly what the gift is... that's up to you. So while the suspense is building, you get the brownie points right away! And of course, this service is absolutely free, and only from GIVE CHOCOLATE .COM.

To maintain freshness and quality, GIVE CHOCOLATE .COM orders are processed daily and are shipped directly from the producer - we do not warehouse chocolate. Shipping charges vary, depending on the destination address and the time of year. Basic charges average between $8 and $16. In most cases, the shipping for the items you buy will be reflected accurately on your order when you check out. In warmer months, some chocolate items will need to be shipped by methods that will ensure product quality. Use the tables below to estimate delivery times.

SATURDAY DELIVERY
Only Strawberries can be delivered on Saturday, for a $10.00 additional charge. Please note that you want Saturday Delivery in the comments section.

EXPRESS DELIVERY There is a $15 charge in addition to the standard shipping. This has nothing to do with the package weight or cost. It is what FedEx and UPS charge for expediting the package, and we regeret there is nothing we can do to change it.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. We do our best to insure your gift arrives as quickly as possible and we are successful 99% of the time. Should a delay occur, we do our best to notify you as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.

We can accept credit cards from Canada, England and some other countries, although we can only ship within the United States.

We're sorry, but at the present time shipping is only available to destinations within the United States. The shipping charge will include an additional $15.00 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and $15.00 for Express Delivery.

Shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico are unreliable, and generally cost about $45. If you want to attempt delivery to Canada, please call 760 788-9220, or email service@givechocolate.com.

Please note that we must have a U.S. street address for delivery. We are unable to accept orders for PO , APO or FPO boxes.

Recipient's telephone number is also required on all orders for delivery.

For business addresses, please include company names, suite numbers, and if possible, the department.

If you are sending a package to a business, please be aware that the carrier may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient or someone at the business know that they will be receiving a perishable package. GIVE CHOCOLATE .COM is not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.

Occasionally, service levels and zip code cut off times may vary by the carrier without advanced notice. Some zip codes are not serviced by overnight delivery. You will be notified promptly by email or telephone if you are trying to ship to an affected zip code.
